This website is operated by Kamrette. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kamrette. Kamrette offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the site, use our services or purchase our products.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through Kamrette.com are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment processing. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Errors in pricing or product information
• Stock availability or limitations
• Payment issues or verification concerns
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
• Breach of our policies or terms

Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled unless expressly agreed to by Kamrette in writing. We are not obligated to accommodate changes once an order has been confirmed.

2. Billing & Account Accuracy

By placing an order with Kamrette, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. This includes billing details, shipping addresses, and any other relevant information required to process your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by the same customer, account, billing address, or shipping address, particularly where such activity suggests bulk ordering or resale.

Kamrette also reserves the right to refuse or restrict orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorised third parties.

3. Shipping & Fulfilment

Kamrette ships worldwide from our facility in Australia.

For pre-orders or sale items, dispatch will occur around the estimated timeframe provided on the relevant product page. Please note that these dates are indicative only and subject to change.

Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and the destination country. All transit estimates are based on information provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Kamrette is not liable for any delays in transit, including but not limited to customs processing or carrier disruptions.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays of up to 45 days. Additional delays may occur if taxes and duties are not paid promptly by the recipient.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, sales events, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be extended. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. While we make every effort to meet our processing timelines, they are not guaranteed.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the relevant product page. These dates are indicative and may vary slightly due to production schedules or unforeseen logistical delays.

Pre-orders may be cancelled only prior to shipment, and any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Kamrette Support.

Once your pre-order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Please note: If your order includes both a pre-order item and standard in-stock items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested in writing.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs

Kamrette ships from Australia. All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s obligation to be aware of any such import requirements or restrictions prior to purchasing.

Kamrette is not liable for any additional costs, delays, or issues arising from customs processing or non-payment of required fees.

Refused or Returned Parcels Due to Non-Payment

If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to non-payment of duties, taxes, or other import-related charges, this will be considered a breach of the terms of sale. In such cases:

• The order is not considered “delivered” and does not qualify for change-of-mind returns or withdrawal rights, including those under laws such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where the withdrawal period begins only upon delivery.
• Any costs incurred by Kamrette in recovering the parcel will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes:
• The original shipping fee paid by Kamrette (including if marked as "free shipping")
• Return shipping fees
• Any taxes, duties, or administrative charges paid by Kamrette to recover the item

Kamrette may deduct either the actual cost of recovery or apply a restocking fee of 15%, whichever is greater.

Please note that import policies vary significantly between countries. Customers are responsible for confirming the import regulations applicable to their delivery location prior to purchase. Kamrette is not responsible and will not refund parcels that are lost, rejected, or abandoned due to customs non-compliance.

6. Missed Deliveries

All express shipments from Kamrette require a signature upon delivery for insurance and security purposes.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, this is only available by selecting Standard Post and must be requested in writing immediately after placing your order. Once the parcel has shipped, this option cannot be applied retroactively.

Upon dispatch, responsibility and risk for the parcel transfers to the customer. This includes situations involving missed delivery attempts, failed contact by the carrier, incorrect address routing, or delays caused by local postal service actions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and to liaise with their local postal service to arrange re-delivery if needed. If tracking indicates an "Attempted Delivery," it is the customer’s obligation to act promptly to reschedule or collect the parcel.

Kamrette is not liable for parcels returned due to inaction, failure to reschedule, or unclaimed items following attempted delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging, including the dust bag and tags
• To begin the process, please contact Kamrette Support with your order number and reason for return

Kamrette reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the product is confirmed as faulty or a shipping error occurred. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kamrette will cover return shipping only if the item is confirmed to be defective after inspection.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Kamrette products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
• Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs, or fading)
• Damage to third-party items, including camera gear or personal belongings stored in the bag

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. Kamrette reserves the right to inspect and assess the nature of the defect before determining the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of Liability
Kamrette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss or damage to equipment or data
• Business interruption or lost income
• Emotional distress, inconvenience, or reputational harm

Kamrette’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing listed on kamrette.com are accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur.

While we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, variations in screen settings and display technology may result in slight differences between what you see and the actual product.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Kamrette reserves the right to modify product details, specifications, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

10. Store Modifications & Pricing

Kamrette reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website, including products, pricing, or content, at any time without prior notice.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

11. Discount Codes & Promotions

Kamrette may occasionally offer discount codes or promotional offers at its sole discretion. These offers:

• Cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated
• Are subject to specific terms and expiry dates, which must be adhered to

Please note: Where free shipping is offered, it does not indicate the absence of shipping costs to Kamrette. In the event of a return, any original shipping cost incurred by Kamrette may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

12. Currency & Conversion

Orders placed on kamrette.com are processed in the currency selected at checkout. While we support multiple currencies for your convenience, all transactions are final in the selected currency.

Kamrette is not responsible for any bank fees, conversion charges, or differences in exchange rates applied by your payment provider. If you receive a refund, the amount returned may differ from the original transaction amount due to fluctuations in exchange rates or third-party banking fees. These differences are outside our control and will not be reimbursed by Kamrette.

13. Gift Cards

Kamrette offers digital gift cards for use on kamrette.com.

Gift cards are delivered electronically and are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used to purchase additional gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

14. Use of Kamrette Products & Design Protection

Kamrette products may be used in commercial and professional settings, including photoshoots, social media content, and client work.

However, all Kamrette product designs are the intellectual property of Kamrette and are protected by law. This includes the structure, dimensions, material combinations, hardware placement, and overall aesthetic.

Customers may not:

• Replicate, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of Kamrette’s product designs
• Use Kamrette products as a template to develop similar or competing products
• Misrepresent Kamrette designs as their own in any commercial context

Kamrette reserves the right to take action against any unauthorised use, imitation, or infringement of its designs.

15. Use of Customer Content

Kamrette may occasionally share customer content that features our products, including tagged posts on social media. This content may be used across our marketing channels, including our website, social media, and email.

If your content has been used and you prefer it not be, please contact us at support. We will take reasonable steps to remove it where possible. Kamrette does not offer compensation, royalties, or credit for the use of tagged or submitted content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

165. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kamrette, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from any claim, demand, or legal action, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

18. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or Kamrette. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of our services or notifying us in writing.

Kamrette may terminate this agreement without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached any part of these Terms. You will remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination, and we may restrict or revoke access to our services as needed.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or notices posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kamrette. They replace any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so in the future. Any ambiguities in these Terms will not be interpreted against Kamrette.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

21. Changes to Terms

Kamrette reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
