All Pre-Order and Sale bags will begin shipping on the date provided on the product description page. All in-stock products are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the following Monday.

Express Courier International (USA & World) Please allow 5-8 business days from dispatch.

Standard International (USA & World) Please allow 10-12 business days from dispatch.

All international orders are shipped as DDU or Delivery Duty Unpaid. As the recipient, you are responsible for any custom duties, taxes or fees that your order may be subject to upon arrival in your country. Kamrette is not held liable for any unpaid fees, resulting in the package not being released and is also not responsible for returning of the bag or any expenses incurred following dispatch. Taxes and duties vary from country to country, for more information check with your local customs office.

Exchanges can only be accepted if in original, unused condition with all swing tags and packaging fully intact (including dustbag). We cannot accept returns with removed tags or packaging. Any exchanges must take place within 10 days from receiving your purchase. All Sale stock is final, no refunds or exchanges. Please note that postal costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser, and only in the event that the product is deemed faulty will the purchaser be reimbursed. Before returning the goods, you will need to email support@kamrette.com with receipt of purchase and reason for return/exchange.

Kamrette offers a limited 6 months warranty that covers material defects, malfunctions and original workmanship (from date of purchase). General wear and tear due to excessive use, over-loading and neglect is not covered. The warranty does not cover any loss or damage to equipment. If the bags damage is covered under our warranty, we will happily replace or repair your bag. Our warranty only covers purchases made direct from the kamrette.com website with a valid receipt.
