Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere. If you are from Canada, Europe or Africa, please check your country's duty and taxes on international purchases.
When will my purchase be shipped?
All Pre-Order and Sale products will begin shipping on the date provided on the product description page. All in-stock products are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the following Monday
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is being shipped from Australia and speed is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
DHL Express (USA & World) - Please allow 5-7 days from dispatch.
Express Courier International (USA & World) - Please check the time at checkout as this service is HEAVILY affected by Covid.
*Please understand that weather, public holidays & Covid can cause postal delays, so please order with plenty of time before any deadlines.
What happens if I miss delivery?
If your tracking states 'Attempted Delivery' you must phone or reschedule delivery with your country's postal service immediately or the parcel may be returned to us. For example, those in the US should contact USPS with their tracking number.
I'm not home, can I remove signature on delivery?
Unfortunately our express service requires a signature on delivery and there is no way to remove. We can change your postage method to 'Standard Post' which is about 1 week slower - this service does not require a signature. Please let us know immediately after your order if you wish to swap.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
For USA, there are NO duty or taxes for purchases under $800. For all other countries, you may be charged duty or taxes by your government on delivery. The charges vary and you should always visit your country's customs website to determine how much you will be required to pay.
Please note that Kamrette is not held liable for any unpaid fees, resulting in the package not being released and is also not responsible for returning of the bag or any expenses incurred following dispatch.
If I refuse an international package, will I receive a refund?
If a parcel is refused, likely due to unpaid duties or taxes, your bag may be returned to us. Once we have your received your bag, we will process your refund, minus the shipping fee. If your order was placed with free international shipping, we will deduct the cost incurred for the return shipment back to our warehouse.
Please note, if we are required to pay taxes and duties on your behalf to release the refused parcel, this amount will also be deducted from the total refund.
Exchanges & Returns
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges can only be accepted if in original, unused condition with all packaging fully intact (including dustbag). Any exchanges must take place within 10 days from receiving your purchase. All Sale stock is final, no refunds or exchanges. Please note that postal costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser, and only in the event that the product is deemed faulty will the purchaser be reimbursed. Before returning the goods, you will need to email email@example.com with receipt of purchase and reason for return/exchange.

What is a Pre-Order?
In order to guarantee a bag in the next round, we offer you the opportunity to order while it's being made or during the time it is being delivered to our warehouse. Pre-Orders can also help us to determine how many bags to make!
When do Pre-Orders ship?
All pre-orders are due to ship around the date specified on each product page. There are times where pre-orders ship a couple of days prior depending on availability.
Do I need to do anything after Pre-Ordering?
No, we will send you the shipping information and tracking once your bag has been dispatched. We promise time will fly by and your bag will arrive very soon!
Do you have a Kamrette discount code?
We very rarely use discount codes. Why? The short answer is that we didn't price our bags high enough to offer them. Plus we include free shipping - which really isn't free.
Do you have sales?
We want you to feel confident to order at any time of the year, rather than hanging out for a sale. So a Kamrette sale is rare. If we are out of stock and there is a long waiting period, we may offer a small compensation for your Pre-order.
